Tokyo (Japan), Mar 09 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on March 07 gave a lesson to the permanent members to reform the United Nations Security Council. Jaishankar, who was on a visit to Japan while responding to a question at the Nikkei Forum on India-Japan Special Strategic Partnership, said that it is “common sense” that there should be an increment in the number of permanent members.
