New Delhi February 08 (ANI): During the farewell of Rajya Sabha MPs, Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge delivered a speech. Kharge mentioned former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda in his speech and said that I have never seen him praising someone but suddenly how Prime Minister Narendra Modi became his homie and praised him.
