Injured workers airlifted to Joshimath Army Hospital, 50 Rescued, 4 Dead, 5 Missing so far

Chamoli (Uttarakhand) March 2nd (ANI): A devastating avalanche struck the Mana area in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district, leaving several Border Roads Organization (BRO) workers trapped. Out of the 55 workers present at the site, 50 have been successfully rescued. Tragically, 4 workers lost their lives in the incident, and 5 others remain missing as search operations continue. The injured workers are being airlifted for further treatment at the Joshimath Army Hospital. Rescue teams are working around the clock to locate the missing individuals and provide assistance to the survivors.
