Anantnag (J&K), March 14 (ANI): One-day awareness program for farmers and growers was organised at Khandru Army camp in J&K’s Anantnag. The program was organised by Indian Army in collaboration with Agriculture and Horticulture Department. The initiative falls under the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP), which emphasizes a comprehensive approach to agricultural practices. The program aimed to educate farmers and growers about modern techniques, sustainable practices, and the latest advancements in agriculture and horticulture. Through interactive sessions, workshops, and demonstrations, farmers learned about soil management, crop selection, water conservation, and pest control strategies.
