“India that is more Bharat…” EAM Jaishankar presents first copy of his new book to PM Modi

New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Known for his strategic mind around the world, EAM Jaishankar has penned another masterpiece. Reflecting the importance and challenges for ‘New India’, the name of EAM Jaishankar’s new book is ‘Why Bharat Matters’. External Affairs Minister presented the first copy of the book to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), EAM Jaishankar shared insights about his meeting with the Indian PM. The meeting with PM Modi comes after EAM completed his visit to Russia from December 25 to 29. S Jaishankar also shared a text from his new book highlighting the country’s “quest to ascend the global hierarchy”. Earlier, EAM Jaishankar said that the English edition of his new book would be out in early 2024. Notably, ‘Why Bharat Matters’ is the second book written by S Jaishankar after ‘The India Way’.
