Description: New Delhi, August 18, 2025 (ANI): Union Minister Chirag Paswan said, “You (the opposition) only want to create a ruckus, you don't want to trust the judiciary, constitutional institutions... Today, they are raising questions on the Election Commission, this is the same Election Commission under whose leadership elections were held, and Congress remained in power at the centre and in states for a long time... The reality is that the Election Commission is an independent constitutional institution... In Jharkhand, when you won, there were no questions about it, and if you have so many complaints, then both of them (Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav) have gone on a tour in Bihar, if there is so much rigging, then at least file an official appeal once, at least register an objection. You will only make empty noises, but when it comes to registering an objection, you will run away, if the Election Commission asks to substantiate it, you will run away...”
