New Delhi, July 18 (ANI): Tibetan President-in-exile Penpa Tsering spoke to ANI about the current situation in Tibet under China's repressive communist government. He urged the international community to understand Tibet's history and not to be submissive to China's demands without knowing the historical context. He also addressed issues such as human rights violations in Tibet and China's encroachment on political freedom.
