Bhopal (MP), Mar 24 (ANI): Ahead of the Holi celebration on March 25, markets in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh witnessed a surge of people. This year, Holi falls on March 25. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's masks and water guns garnered significant attention, becoming popular items. The markets were adorned with festive decorations in preparation for the colourful festivities.Shoppers crowded the markets, indulging in last-minute purchases before the festival. Holi, known for its vibrancy, is celebrated with fervour throughout India. It involves the tradition of lighting bonfires, symbolizing the victory of good over evil with the burning of the demon 'Holika'. Alongside the revelry, the sharing of traditional sweets fosters a sense of community and unity. Holi epitomizes the essence of joy and affection.
