Kurukshetra (Haryana), Oct 31 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini flagged off ‘Run for Unity’ marathon on the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in Kurukshetra on October 31. ‘Run for Unity’ events took place across India in memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and remembering his enduring legacy. National Unity Day is celebrated on October 31 every year on the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. “On this occasion, we have organised the 'Run for Unity' program, in which a large number of people have participated and paid their tribute to him...I also extend my best wishes to the people of the state and the country on the occasion of Diwali...,” said Nayab Saini.
