Chandigarh, Sept 13 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on September 13 welcomed the ‘One Nation, One Election’ policy, stating that it is a thought of huge change in the nation. “We welcome this policy. PM Modi himself pushed it. It's a thought of huge change in the nation. Till 1966, one nation, one election used to happen and elections across the nation happened at one time. Later, the timings of the government differed as some of the governments disintegrated midway...This issue isn't being raised for the first time, it has been raised earlier also...Some believe that maybe between September 18-23 Parliament session, this might come up. Whenever this would come up, we are ready,” said Haryana CM ML Khattar on One Nation, One Election.
