Haryana CM Khattar launches ‘Chirag Yojana’ for underprivileged children during ‘CM Ki Vishesh Charcha’

Chandigarh, October 14 (ANI): Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on October 14 held ‘CM Ki Vishesh Charcha’ with parents of wards in model Sanskriti primary schools in Chandigarh. Speaking further he said, “If private schools are good and a child from a poor family wants to study there, then we have launched 'Chirag Yojana' for them. Under this, if the government arranges for the fee from std 2 to 12, the students will be able to attend those schools. Thousands of such students have started going to these schools so that children of even poor families can study wherever they want.”
