Ahmedabad (Gujarat) July 20 (ANI): Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on July 20 visited Ahmedabad to take stock of Sardar Sarovar (Narmada) Project. The ongoing project would facilitate the irrigation facilities in Sanand Viramgam and Bawala talukas in the Nalkantha area and Kowada area. The scheme will increase irrigation facilities in 38 villages around the Nalkantha area and fringes of Fatewadi Canal and Sanand Khawda. Notably, the project is being carried out for Rs 377.65 crore for the development of pipelines.
