Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Aug 08, 2025 (ANI): Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated Oxygen Park, developed by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation under Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Ahmedabad on August 08. He also unveiled Birsa Munda's statue. A total of 8000 local trees including teak, kher, bamboo, sirus, sisu, arjuna have been planted using the Miyawaki method. “Today, CM inaugurated the Oxygen Park here, during which he also unveiled the bust of Birsa Munda. The park spans more than 4000 square meters. In this space, a total of 8000 trees have been planted using the Miyawaki method. In the plantation drive of 40 lakh trees in Ahmedabad, approximately 30 lakh trees have already been planted today. In a few days, another 10 lakh trees will also be planted. AMC will plant trees wherever they find space during this rainy season...,” said Banchhanidhi Pani.
