Gujarat: 19th National Inter District Junior Athletics Meet concludes in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Feb 18 (ANI): 19th National Inter District Junior Athletics Meet, held by Athletics Federation of India (AFI), concluded on Feb 18. It was held in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad on Feb 16, in which 5,588 athletes from 615 districts under 14 and 16 age categories participated. The events were triathlon, pentathlon, javelin throw, long jump, high jump, shot put, 60 m and 600 m races, and 80 m hurdles. Meanwhile, two girls, Thakur Kinjal and Rashmi Solanki from Gujarat, won medals in this competition.
