Global sand artists gather for 14th International Sand Art Festival at Konark

Puri (Odisha), December 02 (ANI): The 14th edition of the International Sand Art Festival started at Chandrabhaga Beach, Konark, Odisha on December 02. 130 sand artists from across the world participated in the sand festival . 35 sand sculptures were created, focusing on powerful themes like Women Empowerment, Odia Asmita, World Heritage & Monuments. Local Odia artists showcased traditional themes while international artists added contemporary expressions, resulting in a rich fusion of styles and stories. The festival included music, dance performances, and local handicraft exhibitions, offering visitors a full sensory experience
