Global Pravasi Teej Utsav celebrated at Bikaner House

New Delhi, August 20 (ANI): The prestigious Shravan Utsav-2023 is being celebrated by the Rajasthan Tourism Ministry and Rajasthan Foundation at Bikaner House in the National Capital of New Delhi. This festival is being celebrated from August 15 to August 20. On the occasion of Hariyali Teej, a musical evening of Global Pravasi Teej utsav was organized under the joint aegis of Bikaner House Management Society and Rural Non-Agriculture Development Agency (RUDA) on August 19. On this occasion, Rajasthani folk singer and Nari Shakti Puraskar winner, Begum Batul enthralled the audience with her scintillating rendition of Rajasthani folk songs. In this cultural program, a wonderful shade of folk culture of Rajasthan was seen. Folk artists from Rajasthan mesmerized everyone with their performance and folk dances. During this, many stalls were also set up by RUDA and RGAVP. On this occasion, Commissioner of Rajasthan Foundation Dheeraj Srivastava said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Rajasthan has made an indelible mark in the field of folk art and culture.
