Girls enjoying special basketball tournament during summer in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sept 02 (ANI): Sports loving energetic girls enjoyed basketball tournaments during summers in Kashmir. They play this game with full of spirit in any season, be it, summer or winter. Basketball is one of the famous international sports and it is getting even more popular across the world. Notably, any kind of sports activity helps in maintaining fitness levels and that’s why girls were seen enjoying basketball tournaments organised by government and non-government organisations. For the last few years, energetic girls of the valley have been showing good interest in basketball. They have been showing good performances in different championships or tournaments organised by Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, Department of Education and some prominent schools. So that’s why, authorities of some institutions in collaboration with the District administration organised special tournaments and championships to attract more youths. Basketball is one of the sports in which girls play at a large scale aiming to get some mental relaxation and maintain their fitness level.
