Lucknow (UP), Nov 26 (ANI); BJP MP Ravi Kishan addressed the media on November 26 in Lucknow, criticizing the opposition for their remarks on EVMs following the Maharashtra Assembly poll results. He pointed out that the opposition raises doubts about EVMs only in states where they lose, labeling them as "boka" (brainless). He also referenced Karti Chidambaram, son of former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, who dismissed allegations of EVM tampering. Commenting on the Sambhal violence, Kishan condemned the stone-pelting incident involving officials who visited the area under court orders. He emphasized that such actions are unacceptable and urged local leaders to address the issue. He further appealed the muslim youth to noy fall for such leaders and appealed them to maintain peace. “Stone pelting at those who went there at the orders of the court, is wrong. The local leaders should understand that they should not instigate children like this. They push the youth into such activities and sit in air-conditioned rooms themselves... I appeal to the Muslim youth not not fall for such leaders and maintain peace... All of us should obey the court's orders... I appeal to everyone to not resort to any kind of violence”, said Ravi Kishan.
