From dropouts to re-enrollment: Girls return to schools in Gujarat

Success stories like Umera, previously denied education due to gender bias, now thriving in Class 3, and Uma and her sister, re-enrolled despite financial struggles, highlight the campaign’s impact. Mothers like Madhuriben are emerging as education champions. With committed local leadership and district administration backing, dozens of girls have returned to classrooms, paving the way for an inclusive, empowered Gujarat.
