First-ever astronomy workshop organized in Kashmir for the first time

Anantnag (J&K), June 30, 2025 (ANI): In a first-of-its-kind initiative, a three-day astronomy workshop was organized in Anantnag, Kashmir, by Whiz Kids STEM School in collaboration with the Department of Youth Services and Sports. Hosted at the Government College for Women, the event provided students with a rare opportunity to explore the wonders of astronomy through stargazing sessions and hands-on learning experiences. The workshop aimed to bridge classroom learning with real-world science, promote STEM careers, and enhance leadership and personality development.
