Every nation has right to uphold its national sovereignty: S Jaishankar on India-Philippines ties

Manila (Philippines), March 26 (ANI): India’s External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar addressed a press conference with Philippines Secretary for Foreign Affairs Enrique Manalo on March 26. EAM Dr S Jaishankar said that every nation has the right to uphold its National sovereignty.“We're not only important maritime nations, but we are at two ends of the Indo Pacific. Not exactly the end, the Philippines is in the middle. It's also a fact that we are two nations that make an exceptional commitment to global shipping. Every country has an interest in maritime security, in our case, more than many other countries normally would have. Every nation has the right to uphold its National sovereignty,” added EAM S Jaishankar.
