Essential that Militaries are ready to fight: CDS Anil Chauhan’s advice amid changing world dynamics

New Delhi, December 07 (ANI): Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan on December 07 attended HAL Avionics Expo 2023 in Delhi. While addressing the event, CDS General Anil Chauhan stated that amid the changing geo-political, geo-economic as well and technological landscape, it is essential that modern militaries are ready to fight. He said, “We all are in the midst of a change and transformation, it’s not only geo-political change but also geo-economic as well as technological changes. In such an era, it is essential that modern militaries are ready to fight, while they prepare themselves for future conflicts. In order to keep pace with this change, it’s essential that military and scientific community, developers and entrepreneurs identify key technological trends so that we remain ahead of the curve.”
