Today's India gives assurance to the world that when the chips are down you can bet on India…India gives you an integrated ecosystem...in the world of designing, India gives 20% participation of the talent. It keeps increasing. We are preparing the semiconductor workforce of 85000 technicians, engineers and RNT experts...For India, chip is the medium to fulfil crores of our aspirations. Today, India is a major consumer of chips. On this chip, we have built, the world's best digital public infrastructure. In India, to ensure last-mile delivery, this small chip has become very useful... Today is the era of Silicon Diplomacy…” said PM Modi.
