Elaborate security arrangements near Jama Masjid: DCP M Harsha Vardhan on R-Day preparations

New Delhi, January 25 (ANI): Deputy Commissioner of Police Central M Harsha Vardhan while speaking to ANI commented on the security arrangements made for Republic Day near the Jama Masjid area. He informed that elaborate security arrangements have been made in the area for January 26. He said, “Elaborate security arrangements have been made for January 26. Under these arrangements foot patrolling is being done in high-footfall and densely populated areas. Roof-top surveillance and drone surveillance are also being done...We are also sensitising the people to be alert.”
