Mandi (HP), August 13 (ANI): Once again, Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district is witnessing a flood-like situation. The drone visuals show that the water levels of the Beas River have risen again. The tourists including foreigners were also stranded in Balh Valley in HP’s Mandi district. A tourist said, “We were going to Hampta Pass, but in Mandi, perhaps there is flood-like situation. The road is closed there we reached here at 3 am. We’ll go to Manali via taxi through an alternative route” Chandigarh-Manali National Highway has also been closed because of the weather conditions. On August 12, IMD issued an Orange alert for several districts of Himachal Pradesh.
