New Delhi, April 20 (ANI): Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is infamous for his controversial remarks is in headlines for yet another one. During a rally in Bihar’s Bhagalpur on April 20, he made a controversial remark on the ‘Agnipath Scheme’. The leader, who was on electoral campaign for LS Polls 2024, vowed to tear apart ‘Agnipath Scheme’ soon after I.N.D.I.A bloc comes into power. RaGa’s statement invited split opinions from defence experts, with some calling the scheme an “impose” and others suggesting modifications to it. Major General GD Bakshi (retd) and Wg Cdr (retd) Praful Bakshi suggested some tweaks instead of completely abolishing it. Concurring with Rahul Gandhi’s statement, defence expert PK Sehgal called it a “forceful impose” by the Government.
