Srinagar, April 01 (ANI): Dry fruits are in great demand during the holy month of Ramadan in Srinagar. Many people in Srinagar prefer to break their Ramadan fast with nutritious and energy-rich dry fruits. As the demand for dry fruits is soaring, vendors set up stalls by offering a variety of options such as almonds, apricots and raisins, Kashmiri walnuts, and other dry fruits. The rising demand for dry fruits led to a booming market for farmers and vendors who have been growing and selling these nutritional treats. Dry fruits are not only a healthy snack but also a symbol of hospitality and generosity in Kashmiri culture.
