New Delhi, July 29 (ANI): The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has sealed the basements of 13 Civil Services Institutes after Delhi's Old Rajendra Nagar flood horror. The corporation’s crackdown against properties violating building bylaws has come in response to the harrowing incident. The actions came a day after 3 aspirants died in the basement of an IAS Academy flooded with rainwater on July 27.
