Srinagar, September 30, (ANI): CPR awareness drive has been launched across various religious places in Kashmir. The awareness drive was launched by Help Foundation J&K, in collaboration with the Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee Rainawari Srinagar. The initiative aims to equip community with essential life-saving skills and people with CPR and First Aid training. Kashmir witnesses a huge influx of devotees visiting religious sites such as mosques, temples, and churches, especially during religious festivals. With such large gatherings, there is an increased risk of health issues like chest pain, and cardiac events among devotees. CPR training program has been initiated to ensure that people are better prepared to handle medical emergencies. Medical professionals and experts provided live demonstrations during the training sessions. The devotees were shown how to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies.
