New Delhi, October 05 (ANI): Addressing the Sardar Patel lecture on Governance organised by IC Centre for Governance, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on October 05 said that the tension escalating in the Middle East is “costing” the world and is a matter of great “concern” and “deep worry”.
