Dharamshala (HP), Sept 08 (ANI): Tibet Policy Institute and Indian MP from Arunachal Pradesh express serious concern, terms it as a ‘water bomb’.Although China have made a number of hydropower projects occupying Tibet’s rivers but the upcoming mega hydropower project on the Brahmaputra River near Indian border in Arunachal Pradesh has become a matter of serious concern not only for india bul also for Bangladesh and Tibetan environmentalists. Dechen Palmo, a researcher at Tibet Policy Institute of Tibetan government in-exile in North Indian hill town Dharamshala, is doing a research study on the rivers of Tibet.
