New Delhi, December 02 (ANI): On the eve of counting of votes in Chhattisgarh Assembly elections, both the BJP and the Congress on December 02 claimed victory in the state. Both the parties expressed confidence of forming governments in Chhattisgarh after vote count tomorrow. BJP leader Raman Singh said that the BJP’s trend in the exit polls is an upward trend and the Congress’ is a downward trend. Raman Singh said, “The trend in the voting pattern of the Congress has taken a huge dip. In some cases, it is declining below 26 pc while the BJP’s graph is increasing from 15 pc to 48 pc. This means the BJP is winning the elections with a full majority.” On the other hand, Chhattisgarh Congress President Deepak Baij and State Deputy Chief Minister TS Singh Deo exuded confidence in the Congress’ victory in the state. Deepak Baij said, “Tomorrow the Congress is making the government in Chhattisgarh with full majority. We are confident.” TS Singh Deo said, “We will win the elections with a complete majority.”
