New Delhi, September 17 (ANI): In a sharp rebuke during the suo motu hearing on the Kolkata doctor rape and murder case on September 17, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud took West Bengal’ Government’s lawyer Kapil Sibal to task over the state’s restrictive anti-rape bill. Addressing concerns about women's working hours, CJI Chandrachud argued that the solution lies not in limiting women’s work schedules but in enhancing security measures. He also said, “We can’t tell any women today in our country who is in the workforce that you will not work at night…”
