“Cannot tolerate atrocities on woman in WB…” Adhir Chowdhury hits hard at TMC on post-poll violence

Murshidabad (WB), June 30 (ANI): Congress leader Adhir Chowdhury condemned the post-poll violence against women in WB and said asserted said that they these kind of atrocities will not be tolerated. “We cannot tolerate atrocities on any woman in West Bengal, be it any woman, tribal or not... Why is this happening in West Bengal? Elections have been held, results have come, the ruling party has won many seats, then why is the government resorting to violence in the state?... Elections have been held everywhere in the country but nowhere do we see such cases as are being seen in Bengal after the elections?... No matter which party a woman belongs to, no one has the right to torture her," said Adhir Chowdhury
