New Delhi, March 5 (ANI): In a significant development, the Union Cabinet approved the development of two major ropeway projects in Uttarakhand under the National Ropeways Development Programme – Parvatmala Pariyojana. The 12.9 km ropeway from Sonprayag to Kedarnath and the 12.4 km ropeway from Govindghat to Hemkund Sahib will significantly reduce travel time.
