Nilgris (Tamil Nadu), September 18 (ANI): The blooming of Neelakurinji flowers has transformed the Nilgiri hills into a breathtaking spectacle. The flowers which bloom once in 12 years, has made mountains wrapped in thick blue blanket. The flowers have blossomed extensively in the Epnad, Chengamudi, and Ebanaad regions of Nilgiri district.
