Aurangabad (Bihar), February 15 (ANI): Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge on February 15 made a scathing attack on the Centre and said that the BJP neither follow the Constitution nor the democracy. They want dictatorship, he added. “These people (BJP) neither follow the Constitution nor the democracy... They want dictatorship. That’s why we need to fight them by strengthening ourselves...,” said Kharge.
