Biggest cooking competition ‘Home Chef’ organised to provide platform to young chefs in Srinagar

Srinagar, May 29 (ANI): The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) organised the biggest cooking competition titled ‘Home Chef’ in collaboration with P Mark Mustard Oil in Srinagar. The aim was to promote food and culture and provide a specific platform for young entrepreneurs especially females to help them start their own ventures. The event witnessed a good number of participants who showcased their culinary prowess. The distinguished jury panel featured culinary maestros, including Chef Mohd Yaseen Reshi from IHM and Executive Chef Sudarshan Sharma from LaLiT Grand Palace. It brings cheer to participants as they are getting a chance to participate in this competition.
