New Delhi, July 12 (ANI): Supreme Court granted interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal. CM Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the Delhi excise policy case. The Apex Court referred his petition challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate to a larger bench. Supreme Court observed that ‘elected leader’ Arvind Kejriwal has suffered incarceration of 90 days. However, Delhi’s Chief Minister Kejriwal will remain in the CBI custody in the excise policy matter.
