New Delhi, June 10 (ANI): Modi 3.0 began on June 09 as PM Modi took oath as Prime Minister for the 3rd consecutive time at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Over 8,000 guests from across the globe were invited to witness the historic moment at the president’s house. From Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina to Maldives Prez Mohamed Muizzu, several world leaders graced the event. Meanwhile, a special guest was spotted twice who showed no interest in the grand ceremony. An animal was caught on camera loitering aimlessly in the background during the oath ceremony. The animal was spotted while BJP MPs Durgadas Uikey and Ajay Tamta were taking oath. The fearless walk of the animal suggests it to be a domestic one; its size gives ground for doubt on whether it was a leopard. As videos went viral on the internet, netizens shared their mixed reactions on social media. While a user called it a leopard, another called it a domesticated cat taking a stroll at the President’s House. Indian feral cats stand around 20 to 30.5 cm high and 35.5 to 61 cm long, but there are exceptions. Leopards stand around 60-70 cm high and 90-160 cm long and weigh around 80-165 pounds. Although Bengal cats and Ginger cats are house cats, they are distinctively taller than other feral cats. However, no official statement has been released from the President of India, which could imply one of the furry friends at Rashtrapati Bhavan. India has almost 9 million stray cats who roam freely without restrictions, making spotting the cat no surprise.
