Baramulla (J&K), March 19 (ANI): The District Administration Baramulla organized Voters Awareness program under SVEEP (Systematic Voter Education Electoral Participation) in Baramulla district of North Kashmir. The event featured a range of engaging sporting activities which attracted enthusiastic youth and students who wholeheartedly participated and set the stage for a grandeur celebration of the democratic process. The organizers underscored that the goal of organizing these events is to promote electoral literacy and spread awareness of the election process. The aim was to empower the electorates especially first-time voters to actively participate in LS 2024 elections. The event also saw active participation from Booth Level Officers (BLOs), who diligently educated attendees about the electoral process, emphasizing their right to vote and the vital role they play as integral members of our thriving democracy.
