Angry farmers burn Kangana Ranaut’s effigy in Amritsar over controversial remark on farmers' protest

Amritsar (Punjab), August 30 (ANI): Kangana Ranaut stoked new controversy by suggesting that the farmers' protests could have led to a Bangladesh-like crisis in India. After her strong remarks, she faced major heat from Punjab’s Amritsar as farmers took to the streets to protest against BJP MP. Kisan Sangharsh Committee burned the effigy of Kangana Ranaut and raised slogans against her. They also expressed rage over her earlier comments like comparing farmers with terrorists and Emergency film
