: Parents of Ranjit Singh, a young man from Jammu and Kashmir, are making made heartfelt appeal to the Indian Government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for assistance in securing his safe release. Ranjit Singh was abducted by militants during a terrorist attack on his worksite in Niger, West Africa, where he worked as a Senior Safety officer for Transrail Lighting Ltd.
