New Delhi, May 16 (ANI): Pakistani refugees, living at Majnu ka Tila refugee camps, got Indian citizenship through the CAA on May 15. The Ministry of Home Affairs handed the Citizenship Certificates to persecute non-Muslim migrants. Sheetal Das, a Pakistani refugee expressed his happiness upon receiving citizenship and thanked the Central government. Yashodha said that her children would now be able to get educated and have a better future and they would be considered Indians now. Applications have been received from persons belonging to Hindu, Sikh, and other communities from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan who entered India up to 31.12.2014.
