Amroha (UP), July 21 (ANI): The series of train derailments does not seem to be stopping as 7 coaches of goods train derailed in UP’s Amroha on July 20. The incident took place between Ghaziabad-Moradabad section in Uttar Pradesh, railway officials said on Saturday. In this regard, an alternative route between Moradabad-Saharanpur-Meerut-Ghaziabad has been opened for train movement. However, no casualties have been reported in the incident and more details are still awaited. Earlier on July 18, at least 3 were killed and around 30 were injured after the Chandigarh-Dibrugarh express derailed near UP’s Gonda station. Recurring train accidents are causing major disruption across rail networks in the nation.
