New Delhi, December 3 (ANI): AAP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha proposed new solution to curb Delhi pollution that occurred due to stubble burning. During the address he proposed two ideas of that is Crop diversification and a subsidy that must be granted to every farmer of Rs 2500 to every farmers, out of which 2000 would be paid from the center and 500 from the state government.
