New Delhi, Dec 01 (ANI): Working for hours at office desk and sedentary lifestyle are adding to our vulnerability towards painful cramps and other pains, which could turn severe. Here’re we are with few simple stretching exercises that could help you get rid of that excruciating pain: Sit up tall and drop your right ear down towards your right shoulder & hold for a few seconds. Repeat for other side. Turn your head left and try and look over your shoulder & hold for a few seconds. Repeat for other side.
