New Delhi, Dec 06 (ANI): Find your reason: Choose a reason that is strong enough to outweigh the urge to light up a cigarette. Make a quit plan: It will keep you focused, confident and motivated to quit this ugly habit. Stay busy and avoid smoking triggers: Throw away your cigarettes, lighters and ashtrays. Get out of the house for a brisk walk. Exercise, keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, relax with deep breathing, drink lots of water. Change your routine to avoid things you might associate with smoking: Go to a movie, spend time with non-smoking friends and family, go to dinner at your favourite smoke-free restaurant.
