New Delhi, Nov 06 (ANI): Hardly any of us is able to distinguish between cold and flu. With winters knocking at our doors, probability of you being trapped in grip of these seasonal infections also rises! To prevent you and your young ones from the impending risk, here's how to look out for symptoms of flu and cold and also take optimum precautions at the earliest. Do not confuse flu with bad cold. Flu and cold symptoms may both include a runny/blocked nose, sore throat, and cough. In flu, children can suffer from diarrhoea and vomiting, but adults generally do not develop this symptom. Consult the doctor at the earliest, especially if you are 65 years of age or over.
