New Delhi, Jan 07 (ANI): The trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar starrer ‘Sonchiriya’ is out! The raw and rustic feel of the dacoit film looks promising. Sushant and Bhumi took to their official Instagram handles to share the trailer. Sushant’s post read, ‘Haram ki naukari, jee ka janjaal.’ While Bhumi’s post read, ‘Haar-jeet, khoon-kharaba, baimani-badla. Ek jhalak Chambal ke bagiyon ki.’ The trailer shows the lead actor and Pednekar dressed up akin to thugs or dacoits and is the first time Sushant and Bhumi are starring together in a film. It is a rural crime drama set in Chambal. The fight for a fair life is at the backdrop of the film. Apart from Sushant and Bhumi, the movie also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Ranvir Shorey and Ashutosh Rana. Ashutosh Rana plays a brutal policeman out to bring order to the dacoit situation in Chambal. While, Ranvir Shorey and Manoj Bajpayee play dacoits alongside the lead pair. Earlier, a teaser of nearly one-and-a-half minute was released which introduced the characters of all the actors. The flick is directed by ‘Udta Punjab’ fame Abhishek Chaubey and is slated to release on February 8, 2019.
